Before I get into the build, let me just clear up some things.

1. My goal was to create a build that is enjoyable to play, and not simply a slight modification of all the other builds around here.
2. I purposely used some skills that most warriors wouldn't ever touch.
3. I always wanted to use a pet with my warrior, but not at the expense of primary weapon effectiveness.
4. I know this probably isnt the most efficient build, but I dont really care because again, I made it for enjoyment.

Attributes and Recommendations

Swordsmanship 12 (10 + 1 + 1)
Beast mastery 12
Strength or Tactics 9 (8 + 1)

I strongly recommend that you have at least 30 energy (use appropriate runes and/or insignia).
I also recommend that you use a Zealous sword, although its not required.
Rank 8 Sunspear or greater is recommended.

For Optional #1 I would suggest either Whirlwind Attack or Brawling Headbutt, or any other attack/utility skill of your choice

For Optional #2 I would suggest either [skill]Resurrection Signet[/skill], [skill]Predatory Bond[/skill] or [skill]Otyugh's Cry[/skill] make sure you read the updated skill description, not the incorrect version in the popup.

Usage
During combat, keep Never Rampage Alone up constantly. Yeah, it costs 25 energy, but spamming Ferocious Strike will make energy no problem at all, plus, it makes your pet useful, and it will help fuel the adrenaline gain for your attacks.

Concerning the lack of condition/hex removal, this is not a solo build, so make sure you are in a party with Henchmen, Heroes, or other players.

Bottom Line
If you ever feel like messing around and using a pet with your warrior, this build is great fun, and gets the job done pretty well.

If you're not going to use a weapon elite, run an Axe, not a Sword.

I have toyed with several War/Ranger Pet builds and found some to be very fun and effective.

The key is synergy between what your war is set for and what you wish your pet to do, for example...

14 Swordsmanship
11 Strength
10 Beastmastery

The concept of this build is simple, load up your foe with conditions, once his hp drops below 50% Final Thrust him. Yes no cancel stance for Frenzy but if your foe is suffering from weakness then it should be ok, and you stand a good chance of your pet taking the hits regardless.

id rather still run just a beastmaster or a warrior they seem to become 1/3 power of both and make a lesser build imo

Frankly, on most builds I run, where I want to have fun and bring along a pet, I simply take a build that stands well on its own w/o an elite, then slap [skill]heal as one[/skill] and [skill]charm animal[/skill] onto it, (or otherwise make room).

So... I might do something like:

[skill]counterattack[/skill][skill]standing slash[/skill][skill]flail[/skill][skill]enraging charge[/skill][skill]"for great justice!"[/skill][skill]heal as one[/skill][skill]charm animal[/skill][skill]resurrection signet[/skill]

Swordsmanship: 12 + 1 + 1
Strength: 9 + 1
Beast Mastery: 9

For a bit more diversity, replace [skill]"for great justice!"[/skill] with something like [skill]predatory bond[/skill], [skill]predator's pounce[/skill], [skill]call of haste[/skill], or any other pet attack to help round things out a bit. If you're on a solid team, then you can also drop the res for another pet, sword, or strength skill...
